We usually dispatch the purchased items in two business days (weekends and public holidays are excluded) once the payment is fully received. If your concerned order is to be sent by our overseas supplier, we shall update you accordingly. In that case, we request you to please wait for a little more time to get your order delivered to you.
All the taxes and customs duties have to be paid by the buyer per the laws of the region and country of his delivery address. Delivery time varies from region to region and for international orders as well.
Supreme Auto Customs only relies on following transport carrier options:
- Australia Post eParcel
- AlliedExpress Couriers
- Star Track Couriers
We do not entertain any such requests such as; to leave the order behind or anywhere outside the delivery location. Hence, we strongly recommend you to please collect the package yourself, and sign on the delivery receipt once you receive the order.
We are not responsible for redelivery fee in the following cases:
a) If the purchaser is not available when the delivery is scheduled
b) If the purchaser is pre-notified but He/She fails to collect his order from the carrier after a failed delivery attempt by the carrier
We provide an online tracking number to the customer via email for purchase satisfaction and proper information about the package. If you are unable to receive tracking information, feel free to contact us.
As mentioned, all orders are dispatched swiftly i.e; 2 business days after the payment is cleared. However, we’re not responsible for any sort of shipment delays from the carriers, or any case of natural calamity otherwise. Therefore, please bear with the provided ETA delivery date of your order.
We are not liable for any lost or broken items by transit service. Such occurrences are rare, but possible. However, we’ll definitely try all that is possible to firmly assist you in these cases. To avoid this situation, we recommend you to buy postage insurance.
We don’t entertain address/product/color change or replacing the item with another model’s product. Furthermore, if you want to change any details of your order once it is dispatched from our end, we won’t accept your request. Nonetheless, if you want to make any changes in your purchased but undelivered order, we shall happily assist you.
