RETURN POLICY

Any Products returned for a refund or exchange must be sent back to us within 14 days of purchase. We request you to email us the reason of return in detail at: support@supremecustoms.com.au

If the refund case is approved from our end, we shall issue an RMA to you along with our return address. Make sure the package is in its original and in the same condition as delivered to you along with our return policy paper. To avoid any sort of damage to the package during shipping, we recommend you to ensure the safe packaging of the product. We’re permissible to:

              a) not refund you
              b) re-return your item back to you at your own delivery cost

We’re also permissible to partially refund you depending on the condition of the items that are returned. Our support team shall contact you once your order package arrives at our address.

All items that are returned for refund purposes shall be sent back to us via our carriers mentioned in our shipping details section. Contact our support team before sending your items for a refund claim so we can get in touch with our carriers and be responsible enough to pay for the shipping cost. It is to inform you that we do not entertain any return package that is sent to us without our consent. Moreover, if the buyer intends to ship the package with his/her own choice of carrier, we shall not be liable to pay for the shipping charges. We’re also not responsible for any return package that is lost during the shipping process, hence we shall not refund in such a case despite the genuinity of the return.

For your satisfaction, we strictly recommend you to insure the package before returning it back to us. You are subject to pay the return carrier charges. However, if the package contains any wrong product that is sent from our end, we are liable to pay for the return shipping cost.

We are permissible to technically test and scrutinize any product that is sent back to us for a return claim. Any product that is faulty shall be replaced or refunded in 14 days from the return receipt date. Items that are in 100% working condition but are returned to us due to a change of mind or mistaken purchase by the buyer, we shall charge a restocking fee that is equal to your original packages shipping (cost that we paid to ship the item to you) and cost of handling + 10% of that cost. You’re liable to provide us the RMA before we process your return claim.

Any product whether it is faulty or not, and is used by the customer by any means is not entitled for a refund.
